Strathmore University will on the 24th to the 28th March 2014 host an international conference called Idlelo. This will be the 6th edition of the annual Conference on Free and Open Source Software and the Digital Commons. It will be attended by students and participants from more than 10 African countries, local government and counties, tech firms and blogs and many more. Part of this conference (day one and two) will be for impacting technical skills and knowledge, offering a wealth of trainings including:

  1. FOSS Business Models
  2. Android Boot Camp
  3. Ushahidi Camp
  4. Open Data Camp
  5. LPI Boot Camp (training and certification worth 15k)
  6. Drupal
