Under the Devolution theme, we shall implement a project that will increase Citizen awareness and Government responsiveness to use of County funds. Citizens will use a website to access data on budget and spending. County officials will be trained to access and resolve customer complaints. SMS reminders will be sent to citizens to attend budget planning forums.
