Simplified steps: Vote for @iLabAfrica in the 2016 GIC Challenge

Time is running out. Vote for @iLabAfrica in the below categories that they are competing in the 2016 Global Innovation Competition.

i. CiVo Project

This is a platform that will allow citizens to access details with regards to amounts on revenue, budget & spending in their counties. They will also post grievances if services they have paid/entitled to have not been delivered. County officials will be able to access, resolve & respond to the issues.

ii) Child Adoption Information Access System

Child protection system that provides child adoption information to address prospective parents and adopted children exploitation. Focus also on child abuse reporting, and providing open government data on child adoption and child abuse.

Below are the simple steps:-

  1. Register here.
  2. A verification email will be sent to the email address you gave. It redirects you to a link to set your password.
  3. Set your password and press the Enter button. You will be redirected to the GIC2016 Page.
  4. Save Changes on additional Questions.
  5. Search for Civo on the search box on the right side of your screen.Click on the up grey arrow to vote for Civo. It will change from grey to orange and your vote will be automatically updated on the system i.e it will increase from current number to a higher number.
  6. 5b. Search for Child Adoption Information Access System on the search box on the right side of your screen.Click on the up grey arrow to vote for Child Adoption Information Access System. It will change from grey to orange and your vote will be automatically updated on the system i.e it will increase from current number to a higher number.
